The 'There is not enough memory or disk space to repaginate or print this document' message is just silly. Word 2016 clearly has a problem. Converting the document to a 193kB Word 97-2003 'Compatibility mode' allowed me to print it just fine. Microsoft needs to get its act together with this one. Start Word, and check whether the problem still occurs. If the problem still occurs, quit Word, and restore the file to its original location. Then, go to the next step. If the problem seems to be resolved, you can move the com.microsoft.Word.prefs.plist file to the trash. On the Go menu, click Home. Open the Documents folder.
A lot of callson our helpline are about how to repaginate the document packages we provide.People call because they see “Error Bookmark not defined” in the table ofcontents and aren’t sure how to fix it.

Torepaginate your documents before printing:
2.press the keys “Control” and “A” atthe same time — this selects the whole document
3.take your fingers of the keyboard, then press the “F9” button on the row above the numbers.
However, thisdoes not always fix all formatting issues. Below we outline some of the mostcommon issues customers have with formatting and printing of documents and theeasiest resolutions.
Below wedeal with these 3 trouble shooting issues
·Functionkeys turned off?
·Hiddentext is appearing — for example, “*single*”.
Function Keysturned off — so “F9“ doesn’t work
‘I haverepaginated by pressing ctrl+A then F9. But it does not remove the bookmarkerrors in the document’
Oftenpressing ctrl+A successfully highlights the entire contents of the document, but pressing F9 does nothing to remove formatting errors. This may be becauseyour function keys are disabled or turned off.
To checkwhether your function keys are enabled, try another function on MS Word usingfunction keys — for example, “Shift + F7” (at the same time) to open theThesaurus. If this does not work, then your function keys may be disabled ornot working properly. You are still able to repaginate by right clicking on thehighlighted document (including table of contents) and selecting ‘Update field’ from the menu.
‘ I havesuccessfully repaginated my documents, but they print with hidden text showing?’
If thedocument is printing with the format showing, then this is usually because ofthe print settings on your MS Word. To stop documents printing the hidden text, you need to make sure that that in your print settings ‘print hidden text’ isunticked. To do this, you select “Print”then click on‘Options’. In this section, you can see the settings of your print options andwhich ones are ticked and unticked. Make sure ‘Print hidden text’ is unticked (seebelow) then click ‘OK’. You should now be able to print your documents withoutformatting.
